Balsamic Pasta With Sausages

Once again, easy, affordable and super delicious!

15m to prepare       Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 angus beef sausages
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons thick balsamic vinegar
  • 500ml Passata
  • some fresh Thyme
  • Pepper and salt
  • Pasta
  • Rocket lettuce

HOW TO

  1. Boil the pasta to the packages instructions
  2. Dice the beef sausages in 6 and fry in a pan
  3. Cut the onions and the garlic and add to the sausages
  4. Add the pepper, salt, and thyme and simmer for a couple minutes
  5. Then finally add the passata and the balsamic vinegar and simmer for a couple more minutes
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and pour in the sausage sauce
  7. Serve with some rocket lettuce and some extra balsamic vinegar
