Chicken Kebabs

Looking for something simple to make, yet delicious! And the good thing is, it is superhealthy as well! Although avocado’s are high in fat, it’s  a monounsaturated fat, which is a “good” fat that helps lower bad cholesterol, as long as you don’t eat them too often (more than 1 a day). Avocado’s offer almost 20 vitamins and minerals, including potassium (helps contral blood pressure), lutein (good for you eyes), vitamine B (helps you fight off disease and infection), vitamins C and E and lots more.

Instructions
  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, toss in the chicken chucks and mak sure all the chucks are evenly covered. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but the longer the better, so even overnight if you can.
  2. In the meanwhile you can make the avocado dip. Depit the avocado's and use a spoon to get allt he flesh out of the avocado peel. Add all the other 'avocado dip' ingredients and mash with a fork untill smooth.
  3. Grill the chicken chucks on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, untill cooked golden and through. While doing this, warm your breads in a 200 C oven for about a minute or two.
  4. Cut the pita's in half and serve 🙂
