Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 C
  2. Mash 2 bananas. Add the coconut oil, yoghurt, maple syrup and the eggs and mix well.
  3. Then add the flour to the mixture and mix on medium speed for a minute.
  4. Divide the mixture over the cupcaketin. Mash the third banana and put a tablespoon of mashed banana in the middle of the cupcakes and top them with some grated coconut
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes and top with some more coconut.
